Returns and refunds are not accepted. We only offer the opportunity to exchange product. Unless the product is damaged or not in new condition are we able to process returns.
The product(s) must be not be worn , washed or altered. The product(s) must be in mint condition, as it was received by the purchaser.
In the event there is an exchange needed, Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing BanditsNewYork@gmail.com the products must be exchanged within 14 business days . After contacting our customer service team we will provide the customer with a prepaid label to return the product(s) to us.
Please Be Aware: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of SoleBoy Apparel.
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing before an order ships (excluding weekends and holidays). Once order has been processed all orders are shipped either Priority Mail or Ground depending on the shipping choice chosen.
All orders over the Free Shipping threshold automatically get upgraded.
